Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean turkey
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce (your favorite kind)
- 1 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
- 2 eggs (unbeaten)
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- seasonings to taste preference (garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, etc.)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Press mixture into a loaf pan.
- Bake one hour and 15 minutes.
