Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked, cubed turkey or chicken
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Combine all ingredients. Top with a can of chow mein noodles and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until piping hot and bubbling.
