- 2 cups Chopped Cooked Turkey
- 1- 1/4 cup Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 cups Sliced Celery
- 1/2 cups Sweetened Dried Cranberries
- 3 Tablespoons Snipped Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Honey Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Crescent Roll
- 1 whole Egg White
Method
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a bowl combine the turkey, 1 cup of the cheese, the celery, cranberries, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard and black pepper; mix well.
- Spread the two packages of refrigerated crescent rolls in the shape of a wreath on a baking pan.
- Scoop filling evenly over desired shape and lace corners of crescent rolls back over the tops of the filling.
- Brush with the egg white and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
