Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chopped Cooked Turkey
  • 1- 1/4 cup Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Sliced Celery
  • 1/2 cups Sweetened Dried Cranberries
  • 3 Tablespoons Snipped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
  • 8 ounces, weight Crescent Roll
  • 1 whole Egg White

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In a bowl combine the turkey, 1 cup of the cheese, the celery, cranberries, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard and black pepper; mix well.
  • Spread the two packages of refrigerated crescent rolls in the shape of a wreath on a baking pan.
  • Scoop filling evenly over desired shape and lace corners of crescent rolls back over the tops of the filling.
  • Brush with the egg white and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
