Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 pkg. chilli seasoning
- 1 (16 oz.) can chilli beans
- 1 large jar salsa (mild) or Ro-Tel
Method
- Brown ground turkey, onion, salt and pepper.
- Add chilli seasoning, chilli beans and salsa.
- Add tomato juice if you want thinner chilli.
- Simmer about 1 hour and serve.
