Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pkg. broccoli (frozen)
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. noodles (uncooked)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Method

  • Cook noodles and broccoli as directed on packages, then drain. Melt margarine in medium size pot; slowly stir in flour and seasonings. Add milk slowly to mixture while cooking on low and stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Place noodles, broccoli and turkey in a baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 20 minutes.
