Ingredients
- Tuna, white Albacore, in water, two 7 oz cans
- 1-1 1/2 Lemon, squeezed
- 4-5 tbl small capers
- 1/4 cup fine chopped onion
- 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4-1/2 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
Method
- Open cans, press tops to get as much water out as possible. Break chunks into large flakes in mixing bowl.
- Mix in lemon juice, then mix in capers (press out brine) and onion.
- Stir in mayo, then the curry and pepper. Salt, as needed, adjust if more curry, onion, capers needed.
- Good on wheat or Italian bread, with lettuce.
