Ingredients
- 1 can (170 g) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 16 mini whole wheat pita breads, cut in half
- 32 baby spinach leaves (about 1 cup)
Method
- Combine all ingredients except pitas and spinach.
- Fill pita pockets with spinach and tuna mixture.
