Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Spanish rice
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1/2 c. picante sauce
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain.
  • Place browned beef back in skillet and add Ranch Style beans, Spanish rice and picante sauce.
  • Heat for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Add half of cheese and heat another 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with remaining cheese.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Serves 4 to 6 people easily.
  • Total preparation time:
  • Approximately 30 minutes.
  • Only one skillet to wash!
