Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Spanish rice
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain.
- Place browned beef back in skillet and add Ranch Style beans, Spanish rice and picante sauce.
- Heat for approximately 10 minutes.
- Add half of cheese and heat another 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with remaining cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Serves 4 to 6 people easily.
- Total preparation time:
- Approximately 30 minutes.
- Only one skillet to wash!
