Ingredients
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 1 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 c. plain or seasoned bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers tossed with 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°, rack in center of oven.
- Spray nonstick cooking oil in medium to large baking dish.
- Cook noodles to package directions.
- Drain noodles.
- Combine peas, soup and milk. Break up tuna.
- Add noodles.
- Mix gently and spoon into dish. Sprinkle crumbs over top.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
