Ingredients

  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 c. plain or seasoned bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers tossed with 3 Tbsp. melted butter

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°, rack in center of oven.
  • Spray nonstick cooking oil in medium to large baking dish.
  • Cook noodles to package directions.
  • Drain noodles.
  • Combine peas, soup and milk. Break up tuna.
  • Add noodles.
  • Mix gently and spoon into dish. Sprinkle crumbs over top.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
