Ingredients
- 6 oz. (3 c.) medium noodles
- 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 oz. sharp processed cheese (1 c. shredded)
Method
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Combine noodles, tuna (drained), mayonnaise, celery and onion.
- Blend soup and milk; heat through. Add shredded cheese; heat until cheese melts.
- Add to noodle mixture.
- Turn into 2-quart casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
