Ingredients

  • 6 oz. (3 c.) medium noodles
  • 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 oz. sharp processed cheese (1 c. shredded)

Method

  • Cook noodles; drain.
  • Combine noodles, tuna (drained), mayonnaise, celery and onion.
  • Blend soup and milk; heat through. Add shredded cheese; heat until cheese melts.
  • Add to noodle mixture.
  • Turn into 2-quart casserole.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20 minutes.
  • Makes 6 servings.
