Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can tuna fish
- 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Cook macaroni until tender.
- Put aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- Saute the onion and pepper in butter until tender. Set aside.
- In a bowl, place the tuna fish, onion, pepper, butter and macaroni.
- Add the mushroom soup; mix well.
- Add grated cheese. Add finally the sugar and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour milk over top and mix slightly.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
