Ingredients
- One 3-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- One 7-ounce can white tuna packed in water, drained
- 3 tablespoons minced green onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream with a fork until smooth.
- Mix in the tuna, green onion, celery, and olives.
- Fold in the pecans.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Press the mixture into a ball or mold it into a shape of your choice.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or in the freezer for 12 to 15 minutes.
