Ingredients

  • One 3-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • One 7-ounce can white tuna packed in water, drained
  • 3 tablespoons minced green onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream with a fork until smooth.
  • Mix in the tuna, green onion, celery, and olives.
  • Fold in the pecans.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Press the mixture into a ball or mold it into a shape of your choice.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or in the freezer for 12 to 15 minutes.
