Ingredients
- 150 grams Ground pork
- 1 small Potato (50 g)
- 10 cm Japanese leek
- 1 cm each Ginger and garlic (from a tube)
- 2 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp of each Sake, sugar, soy sauce, mirin
Method
- Finely chop the Japanese leeks, and grate the potatoes.
- Add the ground pork to the ingredients from step 1 along with the ingredients marked with , and mix together with a spatula.
- Make the patties as big as you like and fry in a heated pan.
- Use a non-stick pan so you don't need oil.
- Flip over once they've browned on one side, cover with a lid, and continue cooking (at low to medium heat).
- Add the ingredients marked with , and you are done once the patties have become evenly coated.
