Ingredients
- 1 lb. trout fillets
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 4 oz. chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 1 lemon, sliced
Method
- Place trout in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
- In small bowl, combine crumbs, onion, pepper, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
- Spread over fish; top with lemon slices.
- Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High 5 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
