Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1 container (6 oz.) vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. SURE-JELL For Less or No Sugar Needed Recipes Premium Fruit Pectin
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Method
- Blend all ingredients except ice in blender until smooth.
- Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened.
- Serve immediately.
