Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. each: Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 medium can refried beans
  • 1/2 pkg. Schilling dry taco mix
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 can black olives
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
  • sour cream
  • hot taco sauce
  • tortilla chips

Method

  • Place the grating disc in food processor.
  • Grate both cheeses. Set aside.
  • Place slicing disc in food processor.
  • Slice green onions (use light pressure so very thin).
  • Set aside.
  • Place metal blade in food processor.
  • Place beans, taco mix and green chiles in work bowl.
  • Process until thoroughly mixed.
  • Scrape sides of the bowl.
  • Using cutting board and knife, cut the tomatoes and slice the avocados.
