- 1/4 lb. each: Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions
- 1 medium can refried beans
- 1/2 pkg. Schilling dry taco mix
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 can black olives
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
- sour cream
- hot taco sauce
- tortilla chips
Method
- Place the grating disc in food processor.
- Grate both cheeses. Set aside.
- Place slicing disc in food processor.
- Slice green onions (use light pressure so very thin).
- Set aside.
- Place metal blade in food processor.
- Place beans, taco mix and green chiles in work bowl.
- Process until thoroughly mixed.
- Scrape sides of the bowl.
- Using cutting board and knife, cut the tomatoes and slice the avocados.
