Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. (4 oz.) soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped carrots
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 c. chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Method

  • Mix all together and refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Heat 8-inch tortillas in microwave on High 5 to 10 seconds to soften.
  • Spread each with 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture and roll up jelly roll style. Cut in slices to serve.
