Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small c. green chilies
- 1/2 can black olives
- 3 green onions
- 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Method
- In blender, blend green chilies, olives and onion.
- Mix all ingredients, except tortillas, in a bowl.
- Spread thin layer of mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
- Slice and serve as an appetizer.
