Ingredients
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 4 to 5 strips bacon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 6 biscuits (preferably homemade)
Method
- Fry bacon and remove from pan.
- Add flour to pan over medium heat and stir constantly until light brown.
- Add tomatoes and 1 can of water; stir well and add more water as needed while simmering.
- Serve hot over biscuits.
- Serves 2 heartily with leftovers.
