Ingredients
- 48 oz. canned tomatoes (crushed style)
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 5 fresh basil leaves, large chopped
- 1 garlic clove, diced or garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- This works great in a crock-pot. Either way, add all ingredients, except cream. Simmer and stir occasionally for about 1 hour. Add cream and serve.
