Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes (medium)
- 1 garlic
- 1 ounce low fat or non fat cheese of choice
- 3 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Rinse and chop the tomato; mince garlic. Cube the cheese. Blend tomato, cheese, garlic and olive oil, adding balsamic vinegar to taste.
