Ingredients
- pecans
- butter, melted (enough to lightly coat pecans)
- salt and red pepper to taste
- cumin powder to taste
Method
- Heat oven to 250°.
- Place pecans and butter in heavy, shallow pan, iron skillet or cookie sheet.
- Heat in oven until pecans begin to brown, about 1 hour.
- Stir often.
- Pour out on foil or waxed paper to cool.
- Add seasonings to taste.
- Place in airtight container.
