Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 cans (120 g each) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 12 cubes
Method
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients except Velveeta until blended; spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- Press 1 Velveeta cube into centre of tuna mixture in each cup, completely enclosing Velveeta cube.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool 5 min.
- before removing from pan to serve.
