Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cans (120 g each) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
  • 1/4 lb. (115 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 12 cubes

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients except Velveeta until blended; spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Press 1 Velveeta cube into centre of tuna mixture in each cup, completely enclosing Velveeta cube.
  • Bake 15 min.
  • or until golden brown.
  • Cool 5 min.
  • before removing from pan to serve.
