Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 6 slices pineapple, drained
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
Method
- Brown chops on both sides.
- Drain pineapple and pour juice over chops.
- Top each piece of meat with pineapple slice.
- Cover pan, reduce heat and cook slowly for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove cover and baste for last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Makes 6 servings.
