Ingredients

  • 3 qt. water
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • paprika
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese (cream-style)
  • 3 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Bring water, salt and oil to a boil. Slowly add noodles. Return to a boil. Cook 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside.
