- 3 qt. water
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- paprika
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese (cream-style)
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Bring water, salt and oil to a boil. Slowly add noodles. Return to a boil. Cook 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside.
