Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add other ingredients and mix well.
- Turn onto floured surface and knead.
- Roll to half-inch thickness and cut into rolls.
- Place into oiled pan, flipping to oil the tops.
- Let rise for 30 minutes in warm place.
- Bake at 450° until brown.
- Brush with butter to make soft.
- Makes 12 to 16 rolls.
- Doubles easily.
