Ingredients
- 1 prepared pie crust
- 1 pkg. Lemon Jell-O (regular size)
- 1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. plain yogurt
Method
- Prepare Jell-O according to package directions.
- Use ice to speed set.
- When gelatin is chilled and slightly thickened, whisk in yogurt until smooth.
- Turn into prepared crust and refrigerate until set, about
- 2 to 3 hours.
- Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
- May also be made with other citrus flavors.
