Ingredients
- 1 c. butter (room temperature)
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg; mix well.
- Add oats, corn flakes, coconut and nuts; stir well.
- Sift dry ingredients; add to butter mixture.
- Mix well.
- Add vanilla.
- Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, or make into small balls. Bake at 325° for 12 minutes.
