Ingredients
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
Method
- Bring soup and water to boil, stirring constantly.
- Add dry jello mix, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Beat until smooth and well mixed.
- Fold in celery, green peppers and onions.
- Pour into 8-inch square pan and chill 3 to 4 hours before serving.
