Ingredients

  • 60 ounces chicken broth
  • 6 chicken legs
  • 2 large idaho potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 4 large mushrooms (cut thin)
  • 1 large onion (cut thin)
  • 18 cup diced scallion
  • 18 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 dash basil
  • 1 dash oregano
  • 1 dash black pepper

Method

  • Puree potatoes in blender with chicken broth.
  • Pour broth into large pot.
  • Place all remaining ingridients in pot.
  • Cook until boiling.
  • Let boil for five minutes.
  • Place heat on low for 1/5- 2 hours.
  • Enjoy.
