Ingredients
- 10 cooked chicken breasts, bite size
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 c. Stove Top for chicken
Method
- Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
- Put in chicken, cover with cheese.
- Mix wine and soup and pour over.
- Mix stuffing with melted margarine and place on top.
- Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
- Serves 10 for lunch and 8 for dinner.
