Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce
- chili powder to taste
- salt and pepper
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 egg
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 tubes Pillsbury biscuits (10 per tube that are split to make 20 halves)
Method
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Add onion and saute.
- Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper and green chillies.
- Mix well.
