Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. "complete" style pancake mix, any brand
  • 1 c. mix of bran, flax, "Natural Ovens energy drink mix" (or possibly use your own combo of stuff)
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. lemon yogurt or possibly other depending on fruit used in pancakes
  • 2 Large egg">eggs or possibly egg white equiv.
  • 1/2 c. plus skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. plus water
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • Mix dry first, then wet all together.
  • Add in blueberries while on the griddle (or possibly other berries or possibly fruit like raspberries, strawberries, banana or possibly a combination).
  • Cook as any other pancake.
