Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) envelope Shake 'N Bake for chicken
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
- 2 Tbsp. water
Method
- Empty contents of Shake 'N Bake envelope into shaker bag.
- Add lemon peel.
- Combine juice and water in small bowl.
- Moisten chicken with juice mixture.
- Coat chicken.
