Ingredients
- 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Cooked pasta
Method
- ARRANGE thighs on top of onion in 2 qt (2L) microwaveable casserole dish.
- COMBINE sauce, dressing & oregano; pour over chicken.
- COOK, covered on MED-HIGH power for 13 minutes.
- Stir in zucchini & continue cooking 2-4 minutes, until chicken is cooked through .
- Stir in cheese.
- Serve over pasta
