Ingredients

  • 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
  • Cooked pasta

Method

  • ARRANGE thighs on top of onion in 2 qt (2L) microwaveable casserole dish.
  • COMBINE sauce, dressing & oregano; pour over chicken.
  • COOK, covered on MED-HIGH power for 13 minutes.
  • Stir in zucchini & continue cooking 2-4 minutes, until chicken is cooked through .
  • Stir in cheese.
  • Serve over pasta
