Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Basil pesto
- 1 Flour (to coat)
- 1 dash Sake ( to marinate)
- 1 dash Salt and Pepper (or Krazy Salt)
Method
- Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite sizes, about the size of nuggets.
- Marinate in sake and basil sauce.
- Coat with flour.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan, and cook the chicken.
- Season with ingredients.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown.
