Ingredients
- 24 frozen dinner rolls
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (regular, not instant)
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
Method
- Grease Bundt pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the frozen dinner rolls in Bundt pan (extra large size).
- If you don't have this pan, divide between 2 regular size Bundt pans, or experiment with a sheet pan.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Mix together the brown sugar and vanilla pudding.
- Sprinkle the pudding mixture on top of the pecans.
- Pour the melted margarine over the rolls. Spray plastic wrap with nonstick cooking spray; cover Bundt pan(s).
- Leave on counter overnight.
- In morning, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
