Ingredients

  • 24 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (regular, not instant)
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine

Method

  • Grease Bundt pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the frozen dinner rolls in Bundt pan (extra large size).
  • If you don't have this pan, divide between 2 regular size Bundt pans, or experiment with a sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle with pecans.
  • Mix together the brown sugar and vanilla pudding.
  • Sprinkle the pudding mixture on top of the pecans.
  • Pour the melted margarine over the rolls. Spray plastic wrap with nonstick cooking spray; cover Bundt pan(s).
  • Leave on counter overnight.
  • In morning, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
