Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large bag Tater Tots
Method
- Saute onion in butter.
- Mix together cheese, sour cream and soup.
- Coat Tater Tots with cheese mixture, then add butter and onions.
- You may save some cheese to sprinkle over the top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
