Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. crushed potato chips
  • butter
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna

Method

  • Turn on oven and set at 350°.
  • Crush potato chips in a plastic bag to make 3/4 cup.
  • Butter the inside of a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix mushroom soup, salt and milk.
  • Drain tuna and arrange in bottom of a casserole dish.
  • Pour soup mixture over tuna.
  • Sprinkle crushed potato chips over soup.
  • If desired, also sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
