Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1/4 -1/2 inch thickness
  • 1 pinch salt, pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 13 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method

  • Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in pan, add pork chops, and brown on both sides for about 4-6 min, until juices run clear.
  • Remove pork chops from pan, and add remaining ingredients, do not clean pan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring consistently until glaze has reached a boil.
  • Lower heat a bit, and simmer, while stirring, until glaze has thickened.
  • (About 5 min).
  • Add pork chops back to pan, cover in sauce and cook an additional minute or two.
  • Turn of heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with glaze over chops.
