Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1/4 -1/2 inch thickness
- 1 pinch salt, pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 cup apple cider vinegar
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 13 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in pan, add pork chops, and brown on both sides for about 4-6 min, until juices run clear.
- Remove pork chops from pan, and add remaining ingredients, do not clean pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring consistently until glaze has reached a boil.
- Lower heat a bit, and simmer, while stirring, until glaze has thickened.
- (About 5 min).
- Add pork chops back to pan, cover in sauce and cook an additional minute or two.
- Turn of heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve with glaze over chops.
