Ingredients

  • 1 medium size pkg. corn chips
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 large can tamales
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped black olives (optional) on top of cheese

Method

  • Put medium size package of corn chips in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Then put can of pork and beans and same size can of cream-style corn on top of tamales.
  • Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350° or 400° until all heated throughout (approximately 30 minutes).
