Ingredients
- 1 medium size pkg. corn chips
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 large can tamales
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped black olives (optional) on top of cheese
Method
- Put medium size package of corn chips in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Then put can of pork and beans and same size can of cream-style corn on top of tamales.
- Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350° or 400° until all heated throughout (approximately 30 minutes).
