Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread
- 1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. ground beef or deer
Method
- Combine cornbread mix, taco mix and salt with tomato sauce. Add cheese and egg.
- Add ground beef.
- Shape into balls, walnut size.
- Bake 350° for 15 minutes.
- Very good.
