Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, not drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin

Method

  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Simmer 4 hours.
  • To serve, top with grated cheese, chopped lettuce, sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped avocados, tortilla chips, etc.
