Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, not drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained
- 3 c. water
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
Method
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Simmer 4 hours.
- To serve, top with grated cheese, chopped lettuce, sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped avocados, tortilla chips, etc.
