Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 large head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bag nacho chips, crushed
  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
  • black olives (optional)
  • kidney beans, drained (optional)
  • sour cream (optional)

Method

  • Mix hamburger, onion, lettuce, green bell pepper, tomatoes, cheese, taco seasoning mix and optional black olives and kidney beans together.
  • Refrigerate.
  • At time of serving, add nacho chips and Catalina dressing.
  • Optional: Top with sour cream.
