Ingredients

  • 2 c. (6 oz.) uncooked pasta
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. French dressing
  • 5 1/2 oz. corn chips (cheese or taco)

Method

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well and cool.
  • Brown meat and drain fat.
  • Add taco seasoning.
  • Cool. Combine pasta, meat, green pepper, onion, cheese, tomatoes and seasonings in large bowl.
  • Chill.
  • Just before serving, stir in dressing and corn chips.
  • Can also add chopped lettuce if desired.
