Ingredients
- 1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts, split
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss (Mozzarella may be substituted)
- 7 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- salt or garlic salt
- pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°. Dip chicken lightly in beaten egg. Then dip both sides in cheese. Then dip in bread crumbs until lightly coated. Season to taste.
