Ingredients

  • 20 oz pineapple chunks with juice
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup La Choy sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 lb chicken wings

Method

  • preheat oven to 375
  • In a large skillet melt butter on medium high
  • add the garlic & chicken wings
  • cook about 2 to 3 mins per side
  • Mix pineapple juice & cornstarch together
  • Poor in a medium sauce pan & add the brown sugar, la choy sauce, & vinegar
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Boil for about 5 mins.
  • Then add the pineapple chunks.
  • place chicken in a baking dish, poor sauce mixer over the chicken.
  • Cover with aluminum foil & bake for about an hr.
