Ingredients

  • 1 head nappa cabbage
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 5 green onions
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1 pkg. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Method

  • Slice cabbage and onions thin and place in large bowl.
  • Melt margarine in baking pan; add noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds. Bake at 350° about 15 minutes, breaking noodles apart as they bake.
  • When toasted, place on layers of paper towels to cool.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in blender for dressing.
  • Mix cabbage, topping and dressing just before serving.
