Ingredients
- 2 lb. sweet potatoes
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. water
Method
- Peel and wash sweet potatoes.
- Add water, potatoes, sugar, butter and vanilla.
- Cook for 30 minutes slow, then add cornstarch and cook 5 minutes.
