Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form a sweet potato ball around a large marshmallow.
- Roll each ball in crushed corn flakes.
- Bake in 425° oven until marshmallows begin to ooze.
